If you are driving it is an easy route from London down the A303 to Wincanton, and then turn off towards Sherborne. Please use the Google Map opposite, or enter DT9 3EL into the Sat Nav. Clare Cottage has off-street free parking.

The train service form London Waterloo to Sherborne is a direct line. As you leave the station walk up Digby Street past Digby House (one of Sherborne Boys School’s boarding houses) and turn left down Cooks Lane; continue past The Digby Tap. At the T Junction follow the road into Westbury, and Clare Cottage is approximately 80 yards on the left hand side opposite St. Anthony’s Square and West Terrrace, set back off the road.
